THE GREEN IPOD

We all have those old school Ipod's from either our Jr. High days or High School days! Mine is called "the green ipod". Basically it rocks and everyone want to buy it from me because it has the best of the best old jams! It ranges from BackStreet Boys to Spice Girls all the way to Taking Back Sunday and Kid Cudi. HAHAHAHAH sometimes i am ashamed of the music that is on it. I remember creating a playlist that was the exact time from Richfield to Provo and i would sing so loud in my car til my head started aching!! Today i charged it up and started listening! There are so many good songs on there that bring back so many memories!! All day i've been listening to one of my person favorite bands, PASSION PIT!!!! For those of you who know me, you know that i have the WORST memory of anyone you know. But, i remember the very first time i heard a Passion Pit song! I become so obsessed and got really into EDP! EDP is just ELECTRIC DANCE PARTY. I have a friend who is and EDP DJ and that is what i lived for every weekend! you know those electric dances where you are basically swimming through everyone and pounding one foot on the ground the whole time!! YES!! That is what PASSION PIT does for me!! Cant you just hear Little Secrets running through your head right now!? AH!

As i am scrolling through this Ipod right now i am searching for something good and i stumble across a song called OPPOSITE OF ADULTS by CHIDDY BANG!!!  Freak, i love this song!! I don't know if Chiddy  Bang is big or well known but if you want a good jam to learn all the words to, check this song out! The music video is great too! Thank you Keenan for showing me this song!!

maybe i'm not the only one, but i seriously have every JUSTIN BIEBER  song on this green ipod! K well not every song because this ipod hasnt been updated since like 2010 haha. But lets be real, the old JB was the best! My World 2.0... come on!! who doesnt love a good U SMILE?! I know that all of you who are reading this know all the words to BABY FT. LUDA!! Don't hide it.
I am sad that Biebs has turned into an idiot but i still think he is really talented and i like his music :).

The past week or so, I have been feeling really down. Not like emotional down, but spiritually down. I can feel satan working on me by using my hard feelings toward others to stir inside me and create hatred and anger and ultimately the distance of Gods presence. He is working hard. I feel evil around me and i'm getting mad easily and short with Jared and Luna especially. She is at the most difficult age so far. 22 months. Blessings from 10 day social media fast..

DAY 1- This morning I woke up and played with Luna instead of letting her play alone and get on both my IG accounts and FB. We got up, made oatmeal together and listened to the the La La Land soundtrack and danced! I usually look at my phone on and off during breakfast. After breakfast we played some more, got dressed and cleaned up the house and folded laundry while I listened to a podcast instead of turning the TV on to watch a show. Later this evening I went to the gym and grabbed some food for Jared and I at In n Out. The lines both in and out are always long so i would normally check my phone while i waited in line but i just stood there in thought. while i was waiting i had a thought to get an extra cheeseburger. I didnt know why i had this thought because Luna wouldn't eat that. I didnt get the burger because i have a hard time deciding whether or not in the spirit or just my own thoughts. Come Follow Me Challenge

Staring in January 2019, the prophet announced a new program called, Come, Follow Me. This program is made for individuals and families as a way to strengthen our faith. This weeks challenge was to write down/ share your testimony of Christ and the truth we learn about him from the apostle, John. As we studied in John in the New Testament, there were so many great things to remember about Christ. Here are a few that i picked up as i read: 1. Christ is full of grace & truth 2. He is the source of truth and light 3. He is the creator  4. He was from the beginning  5. He gives power to his believers  6. His is the reason each of us can live eternally, through his atonement we are saved from death.  ( These can be found in John 1: 1-18) These are only a few of the things that describe Christ.
